Morning Tea, Trivia followed by a Soup Lunch
In lieu of our regular 29 June outing we are gathering for a day of friendship with a morning tea, trivia and soup lunch.
This activity is as usual, a shared event with Woolgoolga Garden Club, so it is hoped that there will be good representation from both clubs attending.

Margaret Hunt 0434 196 854 It is imperative that you RSVP for catering purposes.
What can I do to help?
The Display Room will be opened at 9:00am for setting up (tables, chairs etc).
If you would like to assist with this, please contact Margaret Hunt 0434 196 854 – many hands etc etc
Also if you are contributing with either a sweet treat for morning tea or a soup contact Margaret with these details so there is no doubling up.
Margaret intends to have this day run along the same lines as our previous events in that soups will be heated in slow cookers, so if you can provide one with your soup, even better!
Cost?
There are some wonderful members from Woopi and Coffs Garden Club who are preparing either morning tea treats or warming soups – thank you to those members for your generosity.
Any other costs on the day will be covered by Coffs Garden Club.
Transport
If you have difficulty in getting to this activity please do not be shy – just advise Margaret that you would like assistance with transport.
Also if you can assist with transport please also contact Margaret so she can organise car pooling for those who need it.
Group Trivia
The trivia will be played by table groups. Each table will have 5 or 6 people on it and they should nominate a scribe for their group.
Apparently we can’t use our phones to assist with the answers 😉
Prizes
There will be lots of prizes, not just the winners and grinners!
May I bring a friend?
Most certainly, bring a friend, they are most welcome but please be reminded that all folk attending must RSVP.
