Notice is given for a Special General Meeting to be held on Saturday 15 January 2022, Botanic Garden Display Room commencing at 1:30pm.
If we can successfully fill the vital roles of Treasurer, Secretary and Vice President a normal monthly meeting will be conducted at the conclusion of the Special General Meeting.
It is mandatory (a Fair Trading requirement) that Not for Profit organisations have at least three Executive members. It is also a given that we cannot operate as a club if we do not have a Treasurer.
